Depart from Taipei: Take National Freeway 3 and change to National Freeway 5 through Xueshan Tunnel. Exit from Toucheng or Chiaohsi Interchange and take Provincial Highway 9 (approximately 50 minutes to arrive).

Depart from Hualien: Take Suhua Highway to Su’ao → Take National Freeway 5 and exit from Toucheng or Chiaohsi Interchange → take Provincial Highway 9 (approximately 160 minutes to arrive).

National Freeway 5 Toucheng Interchange → turn left for Provincial Highway 9 → No. 40, Wenquan Road.

Get off at Chiaohsi Train Station. Take Wenquan Road and walk for approximately 2 minutes.
